Dear IJYA members:
I hope this email finds you happy and well. I’d like to thank you for your support of the International Japanese Yoga Association (Kokusai Nihon Yoga Renmei) in 2014. And on behalf of the IJYA and its President, Sawai Atsuhiro Sensei, I’d like to wish you a Happy New Year and very Happy Holidays!
We greatly appreciate your interest in the Japanese yoga of Nakamura Tempu Sensei, and we hope its principles of mind and body unification are helping you in your daily life. These principles, as they relate to meditation, are expertly explained in Sawai Sensei’s new book The True Paths to Meditation (Michi Publishing). I hope you are enjoying your copy of this amazing book.
Please make a point of following the IJYA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/InternationalJapaneseYogaAssociation), where you can keep up on all the latest IJYA news and events. We’re planning on offering a free Japanese yoga workshop or two in the USA in 2015, and all events will be announced on our Facebook page.
Our new nonprofit association is continuing to slowly expand. Thanks to folks like you, we now have members in over 20 nations. Sawai Sensei and I are grateful for the worldwide interest in the IJYA. Have a great 2015!
H. E. Davey
IJYA Vice President
